Our office is also considered an essential workforce and we are working diligently to continue to meet our statutory responsibilities. However, for the protection of our staff, and for you, we are doing that from home. With the exception of our one on one contact with you, most everything we do at our office we can do from home. One of our responsibilities is to come to your home once every five years to conduct a field appraisal. Right now, we have suspended those field appraisals, but you may still see our vehicles on the road as we are continuing to inspect vacant properties.
As most of you know, we take pride in providing exceptional customer service and we have no intention of allowing our current situation to change that. We truly love meeting the public and it has always been our goal to be the best public servants we can possibly be.
